It has been one month since I started following the Always Eat after 7 pm plan and I have to say the results have been amazing. Not only have I changed the way that I think about eating and when to eat but I have more energy and have lost weight on this plan. This has by far been the easiest busy mom meal plan to follow in order to get healthier and lose weight.
