Final Thoughts: “Always Eat after 7 pm”

It has been one month since I started following the Always Eat after 7 pm plan and I have to say the results have been amazing. Not only have I changed the way that I think about eating and when to eat but I have more energy and have lost weight on this plan. This has by far been the easiest busy mom meal plan to follow in order to get healthier and lose weight.

The last step in this plan is the Lifestyle phase to help you keep the weight off for good. Anyone can get to this phase and follow the tips and tricks to continue with the Lifestyle phase.

A little day off morning routine that for once was A little day off morning routine that for once was not pure craziness. 
Things that help me get out the door in the morning on time is getting up before the kids, having clothes picked out the night before and making sure their bags are packed for daycare and school.
