COVID-19 has caused schools and businesses to close in an effort to meet social distancing guidelines. One such business that has had to be closed is the gym leading many people who workout to find alternative methods. I for one, love getting to the gym for spin classes and am missing that outlet. While getting outside to run or walk is always an option, Maine weather has been temperamental lately with sun one day and snow the next. Many busy women and moms are turning to online workouts to get their fitness on at home. To help you our here are some online workouts that you can start today at home!
Online Workouts while stuck at Home
Beachbody On Demand
No, I am not a Beachbody consultant and am not attempting to sell you anything. I actually love their workouts. Not only are the convenient, think max burn in a short amount of time, but they also offer variety. You can sign up for as little as $39 for 3 months with the first 14 days free. If you don’t like it? Cancel before the 14 day trial is up and you won’t be charged a thing.
Worried that you won’t cancel in time (guilty of exactly that over here!), set a reminder in your calendar on your phone for a day or two before the deadline to cancel. Head to Beachbody on Demand to sign up. Again, I am not a coach, nor am I making any money off of this recommendation.

Just because we can’t hit up our gyms or workout classes doesn’t mean that we can’t stay fit while stuck at home. Any other home workout programs that you have found helpful for you during this time? Let me know in the comments!

I LOVE Yoga with Adriene!! The weather here in Wisconsin hasn’t been very conducive to getting out and running either last week, but this week looks a lot better and I am SOOO thankful. I feel like even when the weather sucks, doing something to exercise has helped my mood and stress levels a ton!
