Many people know that Walmart is a great place to gather everything that you need all under one roof, but did you know that you can find foods that fit your specific dietary needs? Walmart carries multiple options for those following a vegan, vegetarian, whole-grain, or dairy-free diets. Here I am going to share with you some of my favorite vegetarian friendly food all in one grocery haul from Walmart!
Plant Based Chicken Pot Pie
An easy vegetarian friendly food to grab from Walmart is Marie Callender’s Plant-Based Chick’n Pot Pie, made with Gardein Plant-Based Chick’n. It has become a new lunch time favorite. Now I can have the comfort of a plant-based option at home and in my work lunches. So easy to prepare and absolutely delicious.
Amy’s Kitchen Pizza and Amy’s Mac & Cheese
I have always loved the Amy’s brand of products for their gluten free options. Not only do I love the pizza and mac and cheese, both my kids do as well. With their Amy’s Cheese Veggie Crust Pizza and Mac & 3 Cheese with Cauliflower, getting extra veggies into my diet as well as my children’s is that much easier.
Good Food Made Simple French Toast & Cauliflower Kung Pao
So Delicious® Dairy Free Frozen Dessert Bars
When I started limiting dairy in my diet I thought that I would never be able to enjoy an ice cream dessert again. In comes So Delicious® Dairy Free Frozen Dessert Bars in Salted Caramel or Mocha Almond Fudge. These are the perfect treat at the end of the day (or any time really) after the kids have gone to bed to sit back and enjoy a nice treat without the dairy!
Have you tried any of these products? Let me know what you thought about them in the comments below.
I haven’t tried any of these before but I’d love to. I’m a former vegan but I still look for vegan and vegetarian options in stores.
The Amy’s frozen meals are some of my favorites! So delicious and packed with veggies!
These are all great options! I’m not a vegetarian, but I do like having periods where I’m meatless. I just lose a taste for it sometimes!
Ahh so many great easy options! Might have to try some of these since we have a baby coming any day now!
