Healthy Snacking this Summer with Quinn Snacks

We have been so busy this summer with trips to the water park, pool, beach and exploring areas in this beautiful state that we live in. (Can you tell that we love the water?!) Even though it feels like this summer has been so chaotic, I have at least managed to provide this family healthy and nutritious snacks with pretzels from Quinn Snacks while we have been on the go.

Let me start this post off by saying that when it comes to snacks, my son is not picky one bit. He will eat anything, anywhere. However as a mom, I am picky about what he eats. I strive to provide healthy snacks that I feel good about and snacks that I would not only give to nourish his growing body but snacks that I would eat myself.

I was given these for free in exchange for my review, however all opinions expressed are my own. You can see my full disclosures HERE

Quinn Snacks offer just that with their pretzels that we have been snacking on all summer long. These pretzels are made from REAL ingredients, whole grains and are naturally gluten free. Most importantly though is that they are delicious and the kids absolutely love them and eat them right up! The coolest thing about this brand is that you can input your batch number into their website at http://www.quinnsnacks.com/farm-to-bag/ and it will show you full transparency on where the bag came from.

Quinn Snacks uses Sorghum Flour as a primary ingredient to make these pretzels. Sorghum Flour is an ancient grain that due to it’s longer root structures makes it more sustainable. Bonus; this flour if naturally gluten free making it a snack that anyone can enjoy. These pretzels are also always GMO free, are never made with artificial ingredients and are available at Whole Foods nationally.

We have taken these pretzels on all our adventures with us this summer as a healthy snack option. With fall fast approaching I know I will be adding these to my son’s lunches to help him get through the day. I may even have to sneak a few into my own lunch for my long shifts in the emergency department. Shhhh… don’t tell Hayden.

You can shop for these at your local Whole Foods or purchase them online at Amazon.com.
